Rates as low as $540.00 per month.  All rates are per person and all leases are individual.  Rates include utilities - electric, gas, water, and sewer.  Tenants will contract and pay for their own internet and cable

Security Deposit/Fee Payments

All residents who move out are required to fill out the ONLINE CHECK OUT FORM so that we have a forwarding address for your move out statement and deposit return.

 File maintenance requests, make rent payments, set up recurring payments or even purchase renters insurance.  Login credentials are sent to all residents upon set up of the lease agreement.  If you do not have your login credentials please click on contact us and send an email.

 Paying with a student loan or financial aid that has not arrived yet?  We can delay the due date of your first installment IF you follow our Financial Aid/Student Loan Policy. 

While we do not require parking permits we do require a parking fee of $30.00 per leasing period and that each tenant vehicle on property be registered.  You can register your vehicle by clicking below
